Job descriptionStrong troubleshooting and repair skills : electrical / electronic systems, pneumatics, hydraulics. Hands-on experience with power tools, welding, and measuring equipment. Certified Electrician (preferred). Basic knowledge of programming / troubleshooting A-B PLC controlled systems (certification preferred). Experience documenting corrective actions, planning cost-saving measures, and using maintenance tracking software. Manufacturing / Engineering certification or degree (preferred). Experience with Injection Molding, Blow Molding, and / or Air Leak equipment repair (preferred). 1st Shift (Midnight) : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM 2nd Shift (Days) : 7 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM 3rd Shift (Afternoons) : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

We’re Hiring! Maintenance Shift Lead
We are looking for a Maintenance Lead Coordinator to join our team. This role is key to supporting our production floor, ensuring equipment reliability, and leading maintenance efforts to reduce downtime.
Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and hands-on technical support to maintenance technicians and production floor.
- Lead downtime reduction initiatives.
- Audit maintenance systems and practices.
- Maintain effective communication between production supervision and maintenance shifts regarding equipment status, temporary and planned repairs.
- Manage major equipment outages and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
- Achieve 100% completion of preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
