Immediately hiring several CNC Machinist in Pennsauken, NJ

We're seeking a CNC Machinist for a premier automation component manufacturing company in the Pennsauken, NJ area

This is a Contract to Hire opportunity and we're hiring immediately! The ideal candidate will have experience 2-4 years of CNC milling / CNC Lathe experience with a focus on setup and operations. If you are interested, please submit your application! All qualified candidates will be contacted!

Shift / Pay : 5 Days a week

2 : 00PM - 10 : 15PM @ Monday-Friday (Afternoon) No Weekends!

Pay $22-$28 depending on experience

We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists to join our expanding team in a large manufacturing facility. This is a contract-to-hire position on the 2nd shift, with opportunities for overtime. The role involves working in a technologically advanced environment, specializing in HAAS milling or similar machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Operate, set up, and monitor a variety of CNC machines.
  • Load materials into machines accurately.
  • Perform daily maintenance and report any major maintenance needs.
  • Read and interpret layouts, job packets, and blueprints.
  • Provide accurate inventory counts and maintain organized storage.
  • Inspect parts using precision instruments such as micrometers and gauges.
  • Perform side operations like deburring during machine cycles.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Follow instructions from cell leaders and offer assistance when needed.
  • Execute other duties as assigned.

    • Skills

  • At least 2-4 years of CNC setup experience, preferably with HAAS milling machines.
  • Ability to perform operations with minimal supervision while maintaining quality standards.
  • Understanding of safety protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.

    • Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00 / hr.
