Job Summary : The Senior Retail Accounting Specialist is responsible for managing and analyzing financial transactions related to retail operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and revenue reconciliation. This role ensures the accuracy of financial records, supports month-end close processes, and provides insights into retail performance. The position does not include supervisory responsibilities but requires strong collaboration across departments.

Retail Accounting Operations

• Serve as Business Partner to assigned retail locations providing financial insights to support retail decision-making and process improvements.
• Process and reconcile retail-related accounts payable and receivable transactions.
• Ensure accurate and timely invoicing, payment application, and vendor / customer account maintenance.
• Monitor and report on retail cash flow, payment cycles, and outstanding balances.
