Robert Half is partnering with a long-standing, family-oriented organization to hire a Dispatch Support Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a blend of administrative work, customer interaction, and supporting the daily flow of operations. In this position, you'll help keep daily operations running smoothly by supporting dispatch activities and completing a variety of administrative and office responsibilities. You'll assist with driver scheduling while ensuring accurate, timely information is routed where it needs to go.

What You'll Do :

• Enter ticket and scale information into internal systems for the Accounting team
• Assist walk-in customers who bring payout tickets for materials
• Monitor trucks on the scale and ensure weight data transfers correctly into the system
• Answer incoming calls and provide professional, timely support
• Process paperwork for inbound and outbound loads
• Prepare and distribute driver work orders
• File trucking, dispatch, and scale logs
• Support driver scheduling during busy periods
• Handle occasional cash transactions for customer payouts
• Maintain strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail throughout the day
