About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Denim Designer with 2+ years of apparel design experience to join our team in Beverly Hills. If you live and breathe denim, know how to sketch, tech pack, and design with precision, and have a proven background in apparel design and product development, we want to meet you.

This is an in-office role, five days a week — we're building a highly collaborative, creative studio environment, so remote isn't an option. The right candidate is happy, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced private label business.

Our strength lies in delivering high-quality product tailored to each client's unique customer base. We are seeking a versatile Associate Fashion Designer specializing in denim and woven development to join our creative team and contribute to our diverse product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop denim and woven apparel across men's, women's, young men's, children's and plus-size markets.
- Create detailed CADs, tech packs, and presentation boards for internal review and client presentations.
- Source and select fabrics, washes, and trims to meet brand and client requirements.
- Collaborate with merchandising, production, and technical design to ensure product accuracy and timely execution.
- Attend fittings, provide design feedback, and ensure revisions reflect brand / client standards.
- Maintain organized line sheets, sample tracking, and presentation materials for multiple accounts.
- Monitor retail landscape and competitor assortments to stay ahead of market shifts.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferably in Fashion Design or related field.Minimum 3+ years design experience in apparel, with strong denim expertise.Proven ability in sketching,CAD, and tech pack creation.Strong knowledge of denim construction, wash development, and woven fabrications.Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of 3D design software a plus.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines.Collaborative and professional communication skills.Why Join Us
