Location : Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living – Lock Haven, PA

Schedule : Full-Time | Day Shift | Flexible Hours

What You’ll Do :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized therapy programs to improve strength, mobility, and overall wellness.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that includes nursing, occupational therapy, and speech therapy—because teamwork really does make the dream work!
• Utilize Net Health for seamless documentation and communication—because we love efficiency as much as we love great outcomes!
• Educate residents and families, empowering them to take an active role in recovery and wellness.

What We’re Looking For :

Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license (or eligibility).

Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
