Qualifications :
1+ years of general office or accounting experience
High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience doing computer work and using Microsoft Office Skills :
Good communication skills
Good computer skills The Office Assistant will be required to answer phones and follow through with calls in a pleasant, professional manner; assist with office duties as required including incoming / outgoing mail, filing, and generating invoices, and other duties assigned by the Office Manager.
