Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate

We're looking for a reliable and safety-focused Flatbed Driver & Warehouse Associate to join our Knoxville team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of goods on a flatbed truck between our production and storage facilities, with occasional off-site deliveries. When not on the road, you'll support daily warehouse operations including shipping, receiving, and material handling.

This is an on-site position offering a steady schedule, hands-on work, and the opportunity to be part of a strong, growing organization.

Operate a flatbed truck in compliance with DOT regulations.

Load, secure, and unload materialsincluding oversized or irregularly shaped cargousing proper safety techniques.

Perform daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections and basic vehicle maintenance.

Plan delivery routes and communicate with dispatchers and customers about timing or delays.

Accurately complete delivery logs, shipping paperwork, and other required documentation.

Support warehouse operations by unloading incoming shipments, verifying inventory, and organizing stock.

Pick and stage materials for upcoming deliveries or pickups.

Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and warehouse environment.

Valid CDL with a clean driving record.

Experience with flatbed hauling and proper cargo securing methods.

Previous experience in warehouse, shipping, or logistics environments.

Forklift certification (or ability to become certified).

Strong communication and attention to detail.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and work in various weather conditions.
