We are currently seeking a Medicaid Privacy Auditor to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Privacy Auditor, working closely with the DHS Privacy Officer, will be a key contributor in conducting audits and other services for the DHS Privacy Office. These services include : conducting investigations related to information privacy incidents and accurately documenting investigation, findings, analyses, and response activities.

Job Responsibilities Include :

• Revise current audit(s) to align with new requirements from the DHS Privacy Officer
• Build compliance program to track and ensure resolution of all findings
• Conduct privacy compliance audits
• Prepare written and oral reports on audits for leadership
• Coordinate data collection across multiple jurisdictions

Basic Qualifications :

Privacy or security audits and assessments

HIPAA, CMS MARS-E and NIST Security and Privacy control frameworks

IT governance, risk, compliance (GRC), auditing, drafting privacy plans and conducting risk assessments

Preferred Skills :

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $70,000-$105,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate’s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.

This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and / or company performance. This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
