Territory Sales Executive – Optical Solutions

Bay area including San Francisco, San Mato, San Rafael, Walnut Creek, Vallego, and Redwood

Join a global leader in premium optical technology. Our client is seeking a driven sales professional to grow and support a thriving $3–4M territory already performing at 100% of quota.

What You’ll Do :

Make 5–6 daily calls to Optometrists, Ophthalmologists, and Opticians
Manage and expand existing accounts while driving new business
Represent cutting-edge lens technology, coatings, and digital tools
Partner with practices to enhance patient outcomes and business growth

What You Bring :

2–12 years of sales experience in the Bay Area

Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills

Familiarity with healthcare, optical, or technical sales preferred

Compensation & Perks :

Base salary : $85K–$97K + $35K–$40K first-year commission

Car allowance ($500 / month) + mileage

Top reps earn $200K–$250K
