Job Title : Bookkeeper (QuickBooks Experience Required)

Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper with strong proficiency in QuickBooks to manage day-to-day financial transactions, maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Record day-to-day financial transactions in QuickBooks
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations regularly
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Maintain and balance general ledgers and trial balances
- Assist with payroll processing and related reporting
- Track and manage budgets, cash flow , and financial forecasts
- Prepare documents for audits and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal departments as needed
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar roleProficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and / or QuickBooks OnlineStrong understanding of accounting principlesProficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacyExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to prioritize tasks and meet deadlinesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Qualifications :
3 + years of professional experience, preferably in a similar industryExperience with QuickbooksStrong Excel skills, including pivot tablesAbility to handle confidential information with integrityStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsCompensation :
