Alliant has an exciting opportunity available for a Professional Civil Engineer on our Land Development team at our Minneapolis office. We value building better communities and collaboration. Responsibilities :

• Coordinate, communicate and collaborate with fellow engineering staff, both departmentally and across disciplines, local municipalities, contractors, and land development clients
• Manage projects for consistency with established processes, schedules, budgets, design standards, and specifications to ensure a quality project is delivered on-time and on-budget
• Passion to develop and manage client relationships in the Residential and Commercial markets
• Desire to work and team with senior management to develop strategies to increase market share in the MN market
• Aptitude to lead, mentor and advance junior staff
• Eagerness to grow and maintain strong client and staff relationships

The base pay for this position is expected to be in the range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
