Who We Want

We're looking for an engaged and curious problem solver who is a structural engineer with at least 3 to 4 years experience and is planning to become licensed, and can engage and communicate with our staff and clients to gain their trust.
We want someone who can be comfortable collaborating with other team members to find solutions.

Skills We'd Like You to Have

Proficient in performing structural engineering design and calculations.
Familiarity with design codes such as IBC, ASCE-7, AISC 360, ACI 318, etc.
Comfortable reading and reviewing structural drawing packages and specifications.
Ability to work with multiple materials such as structural steel, concrete, and wood.
Reading and coordinating vendor drawings (i.e. PEMB or equipment drawings).
Foundation and anchorage design.
Self-directed and mentally engaged with ambition for learning.
Able to competently communicate in person and in writing. Must be willing to ask questions.
Able to work closely with, creatively contribute to, and take direction from, a team of professionals.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting amongst engineers, architects, contractors, and other construction personnel.

Qualifications We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering and successful completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination.
Experience in structural design software such as RISA3D, RISAFND, Enercalc, TEDS, etc.
Familiar with AutoCAD and Revit
Experience in Structural Engineering preferred, with preference given to candidates who have experience working on industrial projects.
