About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented  Senior Accountant to join our Princeton headquarters and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.

In this on-site position, you will report directly to the Controller, leading core accounting processes, supporting AP / AR functions within NetSuite, and driving adherence to GAAP standards.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of critical financial workflows, collaborate across departments, and contribute to building a strong, compliant, and scalable accounting function.

Responsibilities  Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and amortizations.

Oversee and support the AP & AR Analysts, including training and guidance on NetSuite best practices.

Ensure accuracy across the general ledger, bank reconciliations, credit card activity, and intercompany accounts.

Prepare, analyze, and present internal and external financial reports.

Maintain audit-ready documentation, schedules, and records.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.

Provide ad hoc financial analysis and cross-functional support to Finance, Operations, and HR teams.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA designation strongly preferred. 5–10 years of professional accounting experience, ideally in a corporate or media environment.

Hands-on experience managing the full accounting cycle within ERP systems.

Proficiency with NetSuite ERP strongly preferred.

Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
