First Line Risk Sr Analyst

In this role, you will partner with various Risk Managers, executing the control monitoring program for multiple complex lines of business and / or products. You will work within established timelines to deliver control testing results and key risk indicator monitoring, which are critical to determining control environment effectiveness for products and services under the Treasury & Payments Solutions & Operations business lines. You will be responsible for assessing material controls, as well as monitoring and evaluating escalation procedures to ensure compliance with key rules and regulations. You will keep applicable Risk Managers apprised of testing progress and provide your opinion on control effectiveness results, including analysis of themes, trends, and findings.

• Recommending an assessment of the controls performance based on analysis.
• Assisting in the training and development of peers.
• Partnering with Risk Managers to continuously review product / service risk and control inventories for accuracy.
• Executing the control monitoring program for multiple complex lines of business and / or products.
• Working within established timelines to deliver control self-testing and key risk indicator monitoring.
• Assessing material controls, monitoring and evaluating proper escalation procedures to ensure compliance with key rules and regulations.
• Keeping Risk Manager apprised of testing progress and providing an opinion on control effectiveness results.
• Collecting the outputs of control monitoring results for management's use and performing ad hoc reporting, data analysis, and data extractions.
• Analyzing results that summarize key issues and recommended actions for business line management.
• Participating in the Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process.
• Assisting Risk Managers with key business line initiatives to ensure Risk and Control Self Assessment updates occur.
• Assisting Risk Managers with Issues Management and Internal / External exam management.
• Conducting testing and determining if enhanced controls are effective to support issue closure.
• Acting as a technical expert in support of one or more critical business products and / or processes.
• Being responsible for providing knowledge, expertise, and support to the First line units.

Work Schedule : Monday Friday, 4 days in the office, 1 day remote.

Pay Transparency : The salary range for this position is $63,000-$94,500 per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience.
