Job descriptionGreet and welcome customers as they enter the dealership Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner Assist with scheduling appointments and general inquiries Maintain a clean and organized reception area Support the sales and service teams with administrative tasks as needed Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus!) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask in a busy environment Proficient with phones, email, and basic computer systems A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. At least 18 years old.

Are you a people person who enjoys helping others and creating great first impressions? Our dealership is looking for a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll play a key role in ensuring an exceptional customer experience both in person and over the phone.
Schedule :
- MondayFriday : 3 : 00 PM 9 : 00 PM (with one weekday off)
- Saturdays alternate between full-day (8AM8PM) and afternoon (1PM8PM) shifts
