Senior Full Stack Software Engineer

We are a high-growth AI company building the future of a core business function through a real-time conversational AI platform. Our platform serves both consumer-facing (the user experience) and enterprise-grade (data aggregation and analysis) software. We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to be a founding, hands‑on builder in a small, passionate team.

As a hands‑on engineer, you will own the development of high‑impact features across our entire stack—from optimizing latency for real‑time video conversations to building robust enterprise data analysis tools and integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Build Full‑Stack Features : Develop both consumer‑facing and enterprise‑grade software using React (TypeScript) for the front end and Python for the backend.
• Optimize Performance at Scale : Tackle complex systems challenges, such as decreasing interviewer response latency to sub‑200ms and scaling our infrastructure to support thousands of simultaneous interviews while maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Enterprise Integration & Data : Design solutions to integrate with customer's internal hiring systems . Build fast, beautiful interfaces to present complex interview data visually for enterprise users.
• Implement AI Infrastructure : Work with Python to design and optimize underlying systems, including Vector Databases for handling complex candidate queries and leveraging asyncio for high performance.
• Infrastructure and DevOps : Utilize modern cloud technologies like Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker to drive system reliability and scalability.
• Drive Product Iteration : Rapidly implement a wide variety of feature requests, collaborating closely with the product team to launch products that impact people's careers.

This senior role demands technical versatility, a high degree of ownership, and a passion for building complex, real‑time systems.
