Tessakē is rewriting what it means to drink well.

Born in Northern California and brewed with Sierra Nevada water - clean, bright, and free from everything you don’t want. We’re building a category-defining beverage brand, and we’re looking for a Digital Content Producer & Social Media Manager who can turn that feeling into movement - daily.

✨ The Role

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll be in the field — at launches, beaches, tastings, golf clubs, and rooftop bars — capturing real moments and transforming them into scroll-stopping stories that people feel. You’ll work directly with the founder to bring Tessakē’s world to life across TikTok and Instagram. Every post should look, sound, and breathe Tessakē — refined, fun, confident, and human.

What You’ll Do

Create and edit content daily - lifestyle, product, and founder POV

3 TikToks per day, 5 Instagram posts per week, 1 Story per day

Edit short-form videos in CapCut or Canva - clean, bright, on-brand

Design static and animated posts in Canva

Write sharp, engaging captions

Work with founder to engage with community on DMs and comments

Build an authentic, loyal community - online and in the real world

Track engagement, reach, and growth weekly - adapt fast

Who You Are

Creator first, not coordinator

Fluent in short-form video and social culture

Obsessed with aesthetics, trends, and precision

Skilled in CapCut + Canva

Confident working directly with a founder in a fast-moving brand

Based in Florida and excited to travel for shoots and events

Flexible - weekends and travel involved. This is not a typical 9-5 position.
