LECOM at Village Square, a part of the LECOM Institute for Successful Living, is accepting resumes for a Full Time Diet Clerk.

As a Diet Clerk in our skilled nursing facility, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the dietary needs and preferences of our residents are met. You will work closely with the dietary team, healthcare professionals, and residents to provide exceptional dining experiences and support their overall well-being.

Responsibilities :

Meal Planning and Coordination :

• Collaborate with the registered dietitian and dietary staff to develop and implement meal plans tailored to each resident’s dietary requirements and preferences.
• Ensure that special dietary needs, such as diabetic diets, low-sodium diets, and texture-modified diets, are accurately documented and followed.
