Job descriptionProvide gastroenterology clinical care under physician supervision Assess, diagnose, and manage patients presenting with GI conditions Order and interpret diagnostic tests relevant to gastroenterology Assist in procedures and follow up with patients as needed Document clinical findings using the Epic EMR system Collaborate with the care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes Active Virginia Physician Assistant license required Board certification in Gastroenterology required Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required Experience with Epic EMR preferred Strong compensation Travel-related expenses covered A-rated medical malpractice insurance provided Dedicated recruiter for future travel opportunities Contribute to global health initiatives by participating in international locum assignments, addressing healthcare disparities and supporting healthcare infrastructure development.
