Audiologist needed to help our Veterans in Weslaco, TX!.

Salary : $2600 / Week

Audiologists are specialists who diagnose, treat and providing ongoing management to patients who suffer from hearing, balance or other related disorders of the ear and / or hearing. Audiologists provide personalized services to minimize the negative impact of these disorders, as well as help with education and prevention leading to improved outcomes and patient quality of life. The Audiologist will work in a variety of settings and can specialize in pediatrics, geriatrics, balance, cochlear implants, hearing aids, tinnitus, and auditory processing among other various clinical specialties.

Minimum Requirements :

Current state license as an Audiologist preferred.

Graduate or four-year degree program accredited by the American Speech and Hearing Association, and holds or is eligible for a certificate of clinical competence granted by the American Speech and Hearing Association preferred.

Minimum of one year in audiology preferred

Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice

Current CPR if applicable

TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age
