What You'll Do : Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings according to established protocols. Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter potential incidents and provide reassurance to those onsite. Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and authorized personnel while upholding Allied Universal standards. Complete required documentation and incident reports in a timely and accurate manner. Remain alert to surroundings and use observation skills to identify and address potential issues. Minimum Requirements : A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by TSA is required. A valid guard card or license is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
