We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President – Multi Asset Trading to join our Buy‑Side Trading Solutions Team. This role is located in Boston, MA but is required to work EMEA hours.

Responsibilities

• Manage order flow global portfolios across a range of asset types, including Fixed Income, Currencies, exchange‑based and OTC Derivatives.
• Execute transactions using a variety of access methods and execution tactics with a global network of banks and broker‑dealers.
• Undertake Pre‑ and Post‑Trade Cost Analysis to optimise execution behaviour using a variety of analytics platforms.
• Act as a liaison for the Portfolio Managers and Analysts, providing them with feedback and market colour.
• Ensure best execution standards and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to enhancements in trading workflows, including algorithmic execution and post‑trade analytics.

The base salary for this position is expected to be between $116,000 and $246,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long‑term incentive packages, and Company‑sponsored benefit programs.

This position is at‑will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department / team performance, and market factors.
