Kasa was founded in 2008 by Anamika, a British-born lawyer-turned-mother-turned-chef, who followed her passion for food all the way to San Francisco. With three bustling locations across San Francisco and Redwood City, plus a thriving catering business, we’re all about serving up bold, authentic Indian flavors with a smile.

What You’ll Do

As a Counter Style Server at Kasa, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, delivering exceptional service and ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include :

  • Greeting guests warmly and assisting them with menu choices.
  • Taking orders and serving up delicious, freshly prepared Indian dishes.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization at the counter and dining area.
  • Collaborating with the team to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
  • Answering guest questions about our menu and sharing your enthusiasm for our food.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who brings energy, enthusiasm, and a love for great food!

Here’s what we’re looking for :

  • 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (restaurant or food service experience is a plus).
  • A friendly, approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting.
  • Passion for Indian cuisine is a bonus, but not required—we’ll help you fall in love with it!
