We know the hardest part of trucking isn't getting your CDL - it's finding someone who will actually hire and train you. That's where IMACC comes in. We invest in new drivers, providing structured training , consistent pay, and the opportunity to advance quickly into dedicated regional lanes.

The Opportunity

You'll start by running Midwest regional routes , typically covering Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, and Michigan . All freight is no touch , so you can focus on learning the road, trip planning, and time management without worrying about dock work. Each week, you'll gain valuable seat time with a certified IMACC trainer while earning $1,200–$1,500 weekly during your first months.

After approximately three months of successful solo driving , you'll have the opportunity to advance into dedicated freight lanes - with higher CPM and bonus potential. We reward consistency, safety, and growth, so the more you put in, the faster you move up.

The Schedule

While training, drivers run regionally with occasional layovers. Once you transition to solo status, home weekly resets are available - giving you a consistent rhythm between work and life.
