Located on the picturesque Maine coastline, Pen Bay Medical Center and Waldo County General Hospital are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join its Rheumatologist team. Work within a collaborative team to care for the mid-coast community. The practice offers services to those with auto-immune diseases such as lupus and offers pediatric visits, same day sick visits and on-site lab services through NorDx.

Pen Bay Medical Center : A member of the MaineHealth system, Pen Bay Medical Center (PBMC) is a non-profit 99-bed, full-service community hospital located directly on beautiful Penobscot Bay in Rockport, Maine. We offer inpatient and outpatient care to the communities of Mid-Coast Maine with a full Hospitalist Service, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, patient and community education, and a full-range of specialty services through the Emergency Department, Special Care Unit, Surgical Services Department, and the Psychiatric Addiction & Recovery Center. With an Active Medical Staff of about 100 physicians, PBMC offers an impressive array of specialty and sub-specialty services. More than 95 percent of our Medical Staff members are board-certified in their practice specialty.

Waldo County General Hospital : A member of the MaineHealth system, Waldo County General Hospital (WCGH) is a 25 bed critical access full-service community hospital located directly on beautiful Penobscot Bay in Belfast, Maine. We offer inpatient and outpatient care to the coastal communities of Maine with Hospitalist Services, diagnostic, therapeutic and rehabilitative services, patient and community education, and a full-range of specialty services through the Emergency Department, and the Surgical Services Department. Our medical staff also serves our rural communities as well with four rural health centers, which increases access to primary care in our area.
