• Other details :   The facility is looking for a provider to cover on-site clinical hours only. The provider will work 3–4 shifts per week, covering 10-hour days from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. This is an independent practice model with no call, no holidays, and no weekend requirements. Flexibility to travel to additional sites within the region is preferred.
