The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to spearhead its expansion in the US. This senior leadership role is pivotal in building and scaling a top-tier sales organization with a focus on acquiring new clients in the healthcare, ISV / SaaS, high-tech, enterprise, and digital-native business sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the sales strategy, team building, and ensuring the execution of sales processes with a strong emphasis on forecasting accuracy. A key aspect of the role is to engage in high-stakes executive conversations and be accountable for both short-term revenue and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will be a consultative advisor, adept at creating urgency, mapping value, and earning the trust of C-level decision-makers in the context of digital acceleration.
Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in enterprise sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role, preferably within the realms of software services, digital engineering, or tech consulting. The role requires a proven track record in building and leading sales teams that consistently exceed revenue targets, as well as a strong background in closing multi-million dollar service deals with mid-market and enterprise clients. Deep industry networks, particularly in healthcare, SaaS, or high-tech, and mastery of consultative, solution-led selling across AI / ML, cloud, data, and digital transformation services are essential. The candidate should also possess expertise in sales rigor, experience in developing regional market strategies, and a familiarity with private equity environments. Strong executive presence and the ability to engage with C-level stakeholders are crucial for this position.
