What You Will Do :

  • Learn from other professionals to best support the children
  • Implement effective strategies to address challenging behaviors
  • Monitor and document client progress utilizing our EMR system
  • Provide support and guidance to clients and their families
  • Build relationships with children using our developmental relational model
  • Perform household tasks : cooking, cleaning, organizing, laundry
  • Work nights and weekends, typically working 4, 10-hour shifts. Most shifts end at 10pm
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 19 years old
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license with no major infractions
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
