Job Description
The Warehouse Associate I is responsible for the incoming and outgoing of materials, reagents, instruments or equipment to meet customer expectations which involve receiving, shipping, and inventory / material control. Is responsible for the timely and accurate picking, packing, over-labeling, kits building and shipping of all customer orders. In some areas, minor set-up and equipment operation may be required.
Schedule : Monday - Friday from 3 : 00 PM - 11 : 30 PM. Overtime and weekends could be mandatory.
In this role, a typical day will look like : picking items accurately to customer orders, escalating inventory inaccuracies to inventory control team, restocking supplies as needed, packing quality products according to standard work and regulation set by compliance department, ensuring quality product is safely delivered to customer, packing hazardous and non-hazardous orders according to pick ticket instructions, auditing and inspecting orders before staging and shipping, auditing includes checking for proper labeling and verifying that the documents match the cartons packed, escalating inventory inaccuracies to inventory control, investigating aged and missing orders, complying with company safety policies & housekeeping policies including safe operation of equipment, PPE usage, etc., accurately performing required computer data entry and work order transactions.
Essential Requirements
Prior distribution experience preferred. Some areas will require the ability to work with manual and / or power equipment. Proficient in using computers for data entry and utilizing Microsoft Office programs. Ability to read, write, and speak English is required. Bilingual language skills are a plus.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be subjected to moving mechanical parts, electrical currents, vibrations, fumes, odors, dusts, gases, chemicals, oils, extreme temperatures and workspace restrictions. The noise level in the work environment is occasionally loud. Employees will be required to wear the proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) which may include eye, hearing and respiratory protection, protective smock, steel toe shoes, gloves, hard hats, or face shields.

The compensation range for this role is $18.80 - $18.80 USD per hour. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical / dental / vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
