Psychiatrist Locums Job in Alaska

Position Highlights :

Openings : Seeking two psychiatrists one to start in March and another in May.

Contract Length : Minimum 3-month assignment; preference for 6 12 months.

Patient Caseload : patients per day.

Acute psych patient population with an average stay of 7 10 days, plus some long-term cases.

Documentation Requirements :

Two notes per week for acute patients.

One progress note per week for long-term patients.

Schedule :

Monday to Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM.

On-call coverage up to one weeknight per week and one weekend per month may be required.
