This role, reporting directly to the Creative Director, is integral to our Optum Marketing Resource (OMR) storefront—a pioneering SaaS digital marketing platform crafted for customized creative solutions at scale. We are seeking a technically proficient creative professional ready to tackle challenging assignments in a dynamic and collaborative setting. You will blend coding prowess with creative insight, ensuring top-notch output while meeting tight deadlines.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.

Primary Responsibilities :

Configure innovative automated solutions that align with project objectives across multiple brands.

Work on various creative products, both variable and non-variable, producing outputs in diverse formats.

Manage multiple projects while maintaining high-quality development standards.

Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams, ensuring effective communication.

Serve as a technical lead, mentoring and guiding other creative contributors when assigned.

Maintain design integrity and standards post-customization.

Acquire substantial knowledge of supported businesses, clients, and partners.

Enhance experience, quality, and efficiency through the adoption of modern tools and technologies.

Encourage a solution-oriented mindset among team members.

Embrace stakeholder feedback and provide effective, timely solutions.

Adapt to challenges and changes with creativity and resilience.

Work proactively with minimal supervision.

Required Qualifications :

3+ years of experience in creative or development roles within corporate or agency settings.

Experience with developing both print-ready and digital creative materials.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Experience Manager.

Working knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.

Familiarity with M365 Suite (e.g., Outlook, Excel, Teams).

A portfolio demonstrating your breadth of expertise and abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience with Fusion Pro or similar SaaS marketing automation technologies.

Figma experience.

Proven adaptability to fast-paced environments.

Strong time management and workload prioritization skills.

Ability to manage input and apply effective critical feedback.

Skilled in building effective relationships with leaders, peers, and stakeholders.

Proficient collaboration abilities both in-person and virtually.

Compensation is competitive and based on various factors, including local labor markets, education, experience, and certifications. In addition to salaries ranging from $71,200 to $127,200, we offer comprehensive benefits, incentive programs, equity stock purchase options, and 401k contributions, subject to eligibility.
