Job description

We are rapidly expanding and seeking an enthusiastic, highly-motivated B2B Business Relations Sales Specialist to provide an exceptional experience to customers and help cultivate new business relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, a strong ability to make a great first impression, and the independence to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role will also support our top sales representatives by assisting with current accounts and finding new business opportunities.

Compensation :

65,000 - $120,000 salary + commissions

Responsibilities :

  • Create records of customer interactions and follow up to ensure all questions have been answered
  • Maintain customer accounts
  • Work closely with the sales lead
  • Identify common customer issues
  • Set appointments
  • Execute appointments
  • Team player
  • Utilize scripts to handle difficult customer situations
  • Help with daily routes and company pop-ins
  • Help coordinate and attend happy hours, baseball games, expos, trade shows, and golf tournaments
  • Reach goals
  • Sales talk mastery
  • Qualifications :

  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • 21 years or older
  • Good driving record, driver's license, and background check
  • Knowledge of the local region
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, and a strong independent work ethic
  • Morning person
  • Self-starter
  • Comfortable making outbound and inbound sales calls
  • Business-to-business knowledge is a plus
  • Great communication
  • Must live within daily driving distance of the office
  • Must have working rights in the USA
