Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Associate to join the BizzyCar team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events. You’ll work closely with Marketing leadership, Sales, and Customer Success teams to increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and engage current and prospective customers. About BizzyCar : BizzyCar is an innovative software platform that enhances automotive dealership service operations by streamlining service appointments, recall management, mobile service, customer engagement, and retention. Our mission is to empower dealerships to maximize operational efficiency, boost revenue, and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Campaign Management & Execution

Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.

Manage the capture of testimonials, case studies, and customer reviews. This will require periodic 2-3 day domestic travel to dealer partners.

Support BizzyCar’s event and trade show planning, logistics, and follow-up activities to maximize brand visibility and lead generation. Will require occasional travel to events as a representative of BizzyCar.

Assist in developing and managing nurture campaigns for prospects, current clients, and lost customers to re-engage and guide them through the sales funnel.

Track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, initiatives, and events using tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media analytics.

Coordinate with internal teams, including Sales, Customer Success, and Product, to align marketing activities with BizzyCar’s strategic goals.
