We are seeking a Civil Litigation Paralegal with 3+ years of experience who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and takes pride in seeing cases through from initial filing to resolution. This role is ideal for a paralegal who values organization, anticipates needs before they arise, and enjoys working closely with experienced attorneys on sophisticated legal matters.

What You’ll Do

As a Civil Litigation Paralegal, you will:

• Manage litigation case files from intake through resolution
• Draft, prepare, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Coordinate court filings, deadlines, hearings, and litigation calendars
• Organize, review, and summarize discovery and evidentiary materials
• Assist with depositions, mediations, settlement preparation, and trial support
• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, courts, and experts
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures and case flow
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Solid legal writing and document-drafting ability
• Confidence in managing deadlines and multiple active cases
• Professional judgment, discretion, and clear communication skills
