Key Responsibilities
Act as the voice of the customer, translating concerns into actionable product outcomes
Create documentation and communications to enhance user understanding of infrastructure
Diagnose technical issues and provide guidance to users based on their deployment environments
Required Qualifications
Native proficiency in English
Experience in Technical Support, Developer Advocacy, or Engineering roles
Understanding of containers, deployment pipelines, databases, and cloud services
Ability to recognize patterns in customer issues and provide insights for resolution
Experience with application deployment and debugging
