Senior Helpers Recruiter
The Recruiter is responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring high-quality candidates who align with our organization's values and workforce needs. This role manages the full recruitment cyclefrom job posting and applicant screening to interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. The Recruiter works closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop strategies that ensure a strong, reliable employment talent.
The Recruiter is responsible for :
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles.
- Developing job postings and ensuring clarity and accuracy across platforms.
- Developing full-cycle recruiting strategies to target and recruit candidates from a variety of sources using various techniques, including third-party job boards and industry events.
- Screening resumes and conducting phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Scheduling and facilitating interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintaining regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
The Recruiter also :
Builds strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.Provides guidance on interview techniques and selection processes.Attends job fairs, hiring events, and community networking opportunities.Represents the company professionally in all candidate interactions.Maintains accurate candidate records and hiring documentation within the applicant tracking system.Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local hiring and employment laws.Tracks and reports recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and sourcing effectiveness.Promotes the company's mission, culture, and values to attract top talent.Assists in building a strong employment brand through marketing materials and community involvement.Develops partnerships with vocational programs, schools, career centers, and community organizations.Qualifications :
Experience in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or related fields (preferred).Previous experience in recruiting, staffing, or human resources strongly preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple open positions in a fast-paced environment.Comfortable with recruiting technologies, applicant tracking systems, and social media sourcing.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.What We Offer :
