An internationally recognized full-service lighting, video, and rigging company servicing all facets of the entertainment industry that operates in twelve offices in the US and internationally in the UK. 4Wall has made its mark in the California Desert for the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, to the High Roller in Las Vegas, to Saks Fifth Ave in New York City for the ‘Land of 1000 Delights’ display.

We are looking for an Audio Project Manager to join the 4Wall team!

What you will be doing :

While every day is different at 4Wall, you will typically work with 4Wall Account Executives to plan, develop, and execute audio solutions for live events and / or rental projects. Throughout the project’s lifecycle, this role will define objectives, maintain quality control, ensure timely and accurate logistics, and support client relations at all times. Assist Production Managers / Account Executives in all aspects of creating a quality show : equipment choices, accuracy of gear lists, review of show files, assisting in execution of prep and trucking, ensuring quality control of equipment and labor productivity on-site.

What you bring to the table :

Our ideal candidate will possess at least 3 years of experience in project planning / management, general knowledge of entertainment lighting, video, and how it integrates with audio equipment; Ability to create audio equipment lists based on client specifications; Proficiency in project and task management, and applications such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD / Vectorworks, and inventory software systems; Must be extremely organized and have excellent interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills; OSHA 30 Certification preferred.

What you should know :

This position is full-time. Production / Stagehand experience is preferred. This role will work in an office environment with minimal, if any, field onsite work. Audio Project Managers work a standard work week but may be required to work evenings and weekends to meet project milestones.
