• Must be board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine
• Must have geriatric experience
• Value-based care experience is preferred
• Monday-Friday, 8 : 00-5 : 00 with minimal call
• Small patient panel, allowing for more time with patients
• Competitive base salary and bonus structure, with opportunity for sign-on bonus
