Key Responsibilities

Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Chief Business Officer, translating priorities into actionable plans

Drive execution of key initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across teams

Lead preparation for executive meetings and coordinate cross-functional collaboration to resolve operational challenges

Required Qualifications

10 years of experience managing people, including multi-functional teams

15 years of domain or relevant experience

Proven leadership and relationship-building skills

Experience in budgeting, project structuring, and partner management

Ability to act as a trusted advisor and negotiate complex business situations
