We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in our customer service operations, providing exceptional support to our clients over the phone. Your primary responsibility will be to handle incoming and outgoing calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for every user.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and empathetically.
• Provide information about products and services to customers as needed.
• Document call details and customer interactions accurately in our system.
• Follow up with customers as required to ensure their needs are met.
