Executive Project Coordinator CRO Support & Quick Response Team Leader

This is not a traditional assistant role. It's a high-impact position at the center of our Revenue Operations (RevOps) organization-spanning Marketing, Brand Experience, Sales, and Revenue Management-where your ability to drive execution and build relationships will directly fuel our growth.
- Executive Partnership : Be the strategic right hand to our CRO-managing their calendar, travel, priorities, and projects with precision.
- QRT Leadership : Oversee our call center team through the QRT Supervisor, connecting performance data with coaching, training, and operational excellence.
- RevOps Enablement : Align cross-functional projects, financial reporting, and presentation decks so leaders can focus on vision and strategy.
- Event & Project Leadership : Orchestrate our annual Sales Summit, Summit Circle incentive trip, RevOps GOAT awards, and quarterly RevOps retreats-ensuring exceptional execution and memorable experiences.
- AI & Automation : Own AI-driven workflows and monthly owner reporting processes to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Do
Provide executive-level support to the CRO (calendar, travel, expenses, meetings)Lead QRT call center oversight with the QRT Supervisor, ensuring daily / weekly targets are metCoordinate financial reporting decks and expense details across RevOps functionsManage AI automation workflows for owner and departmental reportingPlan and execute events, including the Sales Summit, Summit Circle incentive trip, and quarterly retreatsPartner with leaders across Marketing, Brand Experience, Sales, and Revenue Management to support high-priority initiativesMaintain absolute confidentiality and excellence in all communicationsWhat We're Looking For

Proven success as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or Operations Leader in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentAdvanced expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and calendar systemsSkilled with AI tools such as Canva, and workflow automationExceptional organizational skills, proactive mindset, and ability to thrive with minimal oversightStrong communicator across Teams, phone, email, and in personExcited to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, evolving environmentNice-to-Haves
