A company is looking for a Director, Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
Drive post-sales strategy to maximize Net Retention Rate (NRR) and identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities
Manage and mentor a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and Customer Success Engineers (CSEs) to enhance customer relationships and platform utilization
Oversee customer success activities, monitor health scores, and act as the voice of the customer to influence product development
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role within a Security SaaS Customer Success environment
Strong knowledge of Application Security and Vulnerability Management
Experience with AI tools and CRM / Customer Success management platforms
Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, PMP) are a strong plus
