Now hiring a qualified Home Health RN / Registered Nurse with Home Health experience in Greenwich, Connecticut!

Home Health RN / Registered Nurse Pay :

  • $2,806 weekly gross working 40 hours.
  • Local and travel pay packages available.
  • Plus travel bonus to assignment if eligible.
  • Weekly Direct Deposit every Friday.
  • W2 position with benefits Available; Medical, Dental, Vision insurance, 401K.

Schedule and Timeline :

  • Now hiring for ASAP start dates.
  • 26-week direct contract with a high potential to extend.
  • Quick feedback and expedited credentialing process with in-house experts.
  • 40 hours per week with the potential to pick up OT.
  • 8-hour day shifts.
  • No on-call, no weekends.

    • Home Health RN / Registered Nurse Job Details :

    The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible for traveling to a patient's home to provide skilled nursing service in accordance with the orders of the patients health care professional, under a plan of treatment established by the healthcare team.

  • Be responsible for the observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, council, care, and health teaching for patients, and health maintenance and illness prevention.
  • Provide progress notes to the patients provider when the patients conditions change or there are deviations from the plan of care, or at least every 60 days.
  • Direct the activities of the licensed practical nurse and supervise the aide in the home.
  • Administer medications and treatment as prescribed by the patients provider.
  • Act as the coordinator of the healthcare team to maintain the proper linkages within a continuum of care.
  • Perform acts in accordance with the IL Nurse Practice Act.
  • Maintains patient and staff privacy and confidentiality pursuant to the HIPAA Privacy Final Rule.
  • Attends all training and educational requirements for the role.

    • Home Health RN / Registered Nurse Qualifications :

  • CT RN License in good standing.
  • Active BLS certification.
  • 2+ years of Home Health experience required.
  • EMR system : Well Sky experience preferred.
  • Must have a dependable vehicle, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance in accordance with state laws.
  • Able and willing to travel within the branch / office coverage area.
