What You'll Actually Do Day-to-Day

• Build Advanced Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Pipelines

Support thousands of customer interactions daily, integrating with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, and Salesforce. You’ll create innovative generation pipelines that deliver real-time insights and accurately assess customer interactions.

Develop engaging training experiences using voice, video, and chat tools. Your work will adapt dynamically to users to provide authentic, impactful training.

Utilize Next.js to design intuitive and fast user interfaces that facilitate seamless AI interactions, even under complex technical challenges.
