Key Responsibilities

Define and execute business requirements in collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, and Product

Lead operational teams to achieve scaling milestones for critical programs

Solve complex operational challenges to enhance product delivery and community safety

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in a high-growth technical environment

Experience leading programs across Operations functions for hardware delivery

Proficiency with tools such as Google Sheets, SQL, and Sigma

Proven experience in shipping consumer or IoT electronic devices

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment
