Job descriptionCompetitive pay options based on your skill and availability. Paid orientation, paid training, and weekly direct deposit payroll. NO On-Call and NO Overnight work and Flexible Shift Schedules available at most locations. Professional uniform and cleaning service. Comprehensive Training Opportunities provided by in-house Learning & Development team. National Network to support professional growth & development and provide transfer opportunities. Some level of HVAC experience in the field or through school. EPA Certification (We may be able to assist if you do not have this). MUST report daily to our warehouse to meet with Lead Installer and load the parts onto the truck. A proven work ethic with excellent customer service and communication skills. Willingness to go into attics, crawl spaces and lift heavy objects on a regular basis. Willingness to put in long, sporadic hours and / or weekends when necessary. All candidates are required to undergo pre-employment drug screen and background checks. This is a non-driving role, however, to advance you must have a valid driver's license with good driving record. This posting may provide details on potential compensation ranges and possibilities.
