Role snapshot
Own the hands-on assembly, inspection, and packaging of medical devices in a quality‑focused, safety‑first environment.
Core responsibilities
Place patient safety and product quality first by following the Quality Policy and documented procedures.Adhere to all safety rules and site-specific practices.Assemble components to customer specifications using drawings, procedures, and appropriate hand tools.Conduct visual and functional inspections; support in-line inspections for teammates when assigned.Operate production equipment as required.Package finished goods into specified pouches, bags, trays, buckets, or boxes.Keep work area clean and organized per site standards.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.Basic math proficiency.Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.Pay
The hourly base pay range for this role is $18.25 - $20.12 per hour. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand.
