Teaching facility for Internal Medicine. Hospital and its physicians provide patient-centered healthcare as part of the Planetree Model.DUTIES Provide medical care related to infections & diseases of the ears, nose and throat Examine patients, obtains medical histories Order, perform & interpret diagnostic tests Create treatment plans Initiate appropriate referrals to specialists and hospital programs Ensure proper patient documentation is timely, accurate & complete Work with practice management to ensure proper compliance with billing / coding Participate in on-call coverage with ENT providers Provide quality supervision of residents, medical students, nurses, medical assistants & other clinical staffPACKAGE Competitive salary + incentive compensation based on productivity & quality measures.
