The RN delegates care appropriately according to nursing practice standards.\n\nAs an GCHS Registered Nurse, you will : \n

• Appropriately assess patients, apply clinical interventions, evaluate outcomes, and implement change to the individual plan of care.\n
• Adapt positively to fluctuating workload to maximize patient care and unit effectiveness.Remain flexible in staffing patterns, share equitably in meeting on-call / availability assignments, and actively seek resolutions of staffing conflicts.\n\nYou may be a good fit if you have : \n
• Graduated from an accredited school of nursing\n
• 2 years of experience preferred\n
• A compact or State of Nebraska Registered Nurse License; must have NE license within 60 days of hire\n
